BOOKING YOUR WEDDING
So you think I may be the wedding photographer for you? WONDERFUL! I'm excited to meet you! First of all, contact me with your wedding date to see if I"m available and if I am we can chat. I'm a huge fan of coffee and tea and would love to visit with you and your fiance at one of our amazing local coffee shops. We'll go over all your questions to make sure we are a good fit, and if we are then we can get you on the books! My retainer for weddings is 25 percent of the total package. The retainer reserves your date AND makes me available at any time to help you with sorting out all your wedding photography related questions.
Just in case you were wondering, all of my wedding packages include digital files with a print release, 2 professional photographers and some sort of print credit depending on your package choice. I highly recommend purchasing a package that includes an engagement session as this will give us several hours to get to know each other before the big day and plus, it's LOADS of fun!!!
1. WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK MY SHOOT w/ YOU?
Anytime! I'm typically booked out 2-4 weeks in advance, but occasionally I have a client re-schedule and I may be able to get you in sooner if necessary!
2. WE ARE BOOKING YOU FOR OUR WEDDING DAY, HOW DO WE KNOW HOW MANY HOURS TO PURCHASE? Well.....that depends mostly on you. If you have no idea we can sit down together and map out a timeline. Having an idea of whether or not you want getting ready photos and/or photos of you leaving the reception can be very helpful in the decision making process, and of course you can always add-on more hours at any time!
3. I WANT TO BOOK YOU FOR OUR SESSION BUT I JUST WANT TO BUY A CD - CAN I DO THAT? Well YES! You certainly can do that! I do sell high-resolution digital files with printing rights. You can expect to spend about the same amount on digital files as you would on prints. My time investment is basically the same whether my client chooses to order prints through me or just buy's the CD. The only variable is the cost of goods. I could show you the nifty spreadsheet that my wonderful accountant gave me that shows what I have to make per session in order to keep the electricity on. But it's boring. Just know that as much as I would love to give you that CD of ALL your session images for $50....I simply can't in the interest of feeding my children.

I will ALSO send you a questionarre via e-mail so we can custom tailor the finer details of your session to fit you and your exact needs perfectly. Be prepared to be yourself and say what you want!
